About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our IT team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's network infrastructure. This role requires expertise in firewall systems and server management to ensure secure and reliable connectivity across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
- Configure and maintain Fortigate firewall devices to ensure network security
- Administer Windows Server environments including Active Directory and DNS services
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues promptly
- Implement security policies and access controls across the network
- Collaborate with IT teams to support business operations and projects
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations and procedures
Required Qualifications
- CCNP certification is required
- Strong knowledge of Fortigate firewall configuration and management
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration
- Solid understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching
- Experience with network security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in English
