About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Salesman to join our team in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling electrical products to customers across the territory. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential and existing customers to present and sell electrical products
- Achieve monthly sales targets and meet quotas set by management
- Maintain and expand the customer base in the assigned territory
- Provide product demonstrations and technical information to clients
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and forecasts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in outdoor sales, preferably in electrical products
- Valid Kuwait driving license is mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Good knowledge of electrical products and the local market
- Ability to handle customer objections and close deals effectively
