About the Role
Lead and scale the sales function for industrial printing solutions and production line equipment in Kuwait. This role requires owning the complete sales lifecycle from strategic planning through deal execution and account growth. You will build high-performing teams, strengthen client relationships, and deliver profitable revenue aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop annual and quarterly sales plans, revenue targets, and margin goals for printing and production line portfolios
- Build and manage department budget, set pricing frameworks, and enforce discount approval thresholds
- Own the sales pipeline from opportunity qualification through proposal and negotiation stages
- Recruit, coach, and develop sales talent while establishing activity standards and performance metrics
- Manage key account relationships and develop comprehensive account plans for strategic clients
- Coordinate with distributors, resellers, and integrators to drive channel sales performance
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure solution readiness and delivery timelines
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in industrial printing, packaging machinery, or production line equipment
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets in B2B environments
- Strong understanding of technical products including coding & marking, conveyors, and automation systems
- Experience in budget management, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation
- Excellent relationship management skills with ability to engage C-level executives and technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership in recruiting, training, and developing high-performance sales organizations
