About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst to join our technology team in Kuwait City. In this critical role, you will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise-level systems solutions for our diverse client base. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements to design enterprise system solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system integrations and upgrades
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for system improvements
- Develop and maintain documentation for system architectures and workflows
- Lead testing and validation activities for new system implementations
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise systems analysis
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and database technologies
- Experience with system integration and API development
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities in English
