About the Role
Lead a prominent retail environment with full P&L accountability and brand stewardship across a high-traffic Kuwait location. Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities and set department-level targets that improve conversion, average basket, and units per transaction.
- Challenge teams to raise standards in layout, presentation, and visual merchandising while delivering seasonal launches and proportionality with commercial focus.
- Oversee stock management by assessing top and bottom performers, prioritizing availability of key lines, and reducing risk across stockholding areas.
- Model and embed service excellence through daily routines, customer feedback loops, and structured training from induction to ongoing development.
- Benchmark store standards against peers and competitors to refine the service offer and enhance ease of shopping across all categories.
- Engage operations and regional colleagues to execute local initiatives that accelerate sales growth and strengthen brand compliance.
- Maintain disciplined ticketing, signage, and product visibility to highlight merchandise and increase customer awareness of range differentiation.
Required Qualifications
- Proven retail leadership experience with end-to-end store P&L responsibility in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong track record of driving sales growth, conversion, and basket metrics through team performance and commercial tactics.
- Expertise in stock management, range planning, and availability discipline to maximize sell-through and minimize risk.
- Demonstrated ability to role-model service excellence and implement training programs aligned to brand standards.
